Finish Stock Available Module (Improved)

The Improved Finish Stock Available module is the ultimate source of truth for your physical inventory. It aggregates data from Manufacturing (Receipts), Procurement (Purchases), Sales (Dispatches), and Manual Adjustments to give you a real-time snapshot of what you have and what it is worth.

1. Dashboard Controls

Navigate to Improved Finish Stock Available from the main sidebar.

Global Filters

Start Date & End Date: Define the period for your stock analysis.
Hide Zero Stock (Toggle): Enable this to filter out products that are completely out of stock, decluttering the grid.
Click Submit to refresh the data.

2. Stock List (The Ledger)

The default Stock List tab presents a highly detailed, filterable grid of every variation in your system.

Granular Tracking: Inventory is tracked not just by Product, but by the exact permutation of Product + Size + Color + Godown.
Column Filters: Use the dropdowns at the bottom of the table to quickly filter the grid (e.g., show all stock in “Warehouse A” that is size “M”).
Exporting: You can easily export this grid to CSV or Excel for external auditing or sharing with third-party logistics.

3. Stock Summary (The Dashboard)

Click the Stock Summary tab to switch from the itemized list to a high-level business intelligence dashboard. This view is crucial for financial controllers and warehouse managers.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

At the top of the dashboard are 6 critical metric cards:

Total Products: The number of unique SKUs in your system.
Total Records: The total number of tracking lines.
Available Qty: The absolute sum of all physical pieces across all warehouses.
Stock Value: The total financial valuation of your inventory (Available Qty × Cost Price). Note: Ensure your purchase costs and manual entry costs are accurate for this to be correct.
Low Stock: A count of items that have triggered critical re-order thresholds.
Zero Stock: Items completely depleted.

Visual Analytics

Stock by Category: A Donut Chart and Bar Chart breaking down your inventory distribution by major product groups.
Stock by Godown: A chart showing how your inventory is distributed physically across multiple warehouses.
Stock Aging Analysis: A critical chart that categorizes stock by how long it has been sitting in the warehouse (e.g., 0-30 Days, 30-60 Days, 90+ Days). Use this to identify dead stock for liquidation.

Critical Alerts Table

Below the charts, the Low/Critical Stock Items table explicitly lists exactly which products, sizes, and colors need to be reordered or manufactured immediately, preventing stockouts and lost sales.
