At Zubizi Web Solutions, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to offer high-quality software solutions and services tailored to meet your business needs. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Cancellation of Services
You can cancel your subscription or service with us at any time by contacting our customer support team at info@zubizi.com. Once your cancellation is processed, all associated data and content will be deleted permanently from our systems. Please ensure that you have backed up all necessary information before canceling, as this process is irreversible.
If you cancel your subscription in the middle of a billing cycle, you will be billed a final invoice to cover services up to the cancellation date. After payment of this invoice, no further charges will be made.
Refunds
As a general rule, we do not offer refunds for services already rendered or partially completed projects. However, we may consider refund requests under exceptional circumstances, such as:
- If a technical issue originating from our side prevented you from accessing the service.
- If a service or software feature does not meet the specifications as described in the agreement.
Please note that refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date. To request a refund, please contact us at info@zubizi.com with your invoice number and a description of the issue.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Custom software development or web solutions that have been delivered as per the project agreement.
- Subscription fees for months where services have already been used.
- Consulting or setup fees once the service has commenced.
Modification of Policy
Zubizi Web Solutions reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and it is your responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your consent to the updated policy.
Fraud and Misuse
Zubizi Web Solutions maintains a strict anti-fraud policy. If we detect any fraudulent activity or misuse of our services, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice, and refunds will not be provided in such cases.
